Leighton Splendor

The Leighton Centre grounds and facility are one of the best gifts the Calgary area has to offer. The view from the grounds of the foothills and distant mountains is spectacular, and no better time than in the spring when all the green colours are fresh and vibrant. This painting is of this time. The sun has risen enough to shorten the shadows and add warmth to the cool spring morning.
