Crowfoot Glacier

The morning shade casts the foreground trees in shadow. Beyond, the cool sunlight sparkles off the mountain rock. Crowfoot Glacier rises above a pristine, still lake below. This painting was painted primarily along the busy Highway 93, and occasioned lots of passerbys to stop and say hi.
